Crochet hat size chart
Measure around the fullest part of the head, across the forehead. Use the circumference range to choose a pattern size; let that pattern specify the intended ease and finished dimensions.

Measure well
Use the actual head when possible.
- 1. Place a flexible tape above the eyebrows and ears.
- 2. Keep the tape level and comfortably snug.
- 3. Compare the measurement with the pattern's size chart.
- 4. Swatch in the actual stitch and yarn, then choose the size.
