Quilt dimensions are design guidelines, not a formal universal standard. Measure the mattress, choose the drop you want, and calculate from those inputs instead of trusting a single chart blindly.

Measure the mattress top. Add the desired drop twice across the width and once at the foot. Add pillow tuck separately only if your design needs it.
